Every generation, it is rightly supposed, creates new objects, ideas and meanings – such is the nature of social change, for better or worse. From the invention of money to this time, generations changed the commercial process. Main idea is the same but the tools and its dynamics are changed. After the invention of internet, commerce has got a new way and its own behaviour, social change. In this sense, this new system made its own culture. However online culture and real culture must connect each other. As C.P. Snow mentioned in Two Cultures; it’s dangerous to have two cultures which can’t or don’t communicate.

Culture regarded as the whole way of life of a people. This is the pluralist and potentially democratic sense of the concept that has come to be the zone of concern within sociology and anthropology and with todays information systems sense.

Eighteenth-century philosopher Giovanni Battista Vico was directly in line with the demands of the Enlightenment project New Science; the world of civil society has certainly been made by men and its principles are therefore to be found within the modification of our own human mind. Because of the indefinite nature of the human mind, wherever it is lost in ignorance, man makes himself the measure of all things. When men are ignorant of the natural causes producing things, they attribute their own nature to them.

Human kind made a similar world at a man coded world internet. But it has got some boundries. This boundries come from human nature. There is research in JCVI about a bacteria called “mycoplasma mycoides” which is a synthetic genom efor the genetic instruction set for life, published online at May 20th by Science. A molecular biologist Daniel Gibson who is in JCVI in this research make concept about their research; “digitizing biology”. From 1980 to this time human made virtual world is connected to every part of our life. Biology and genetics are the main part of our life, in this sense this is the digitized culture. The digitized culture is a self replicating and capable of a logarithmic growth and also grow “slightly faster” than its natural peers.

Talcott Parsons in Social System concerned with a clarification of the concept of culture as the very context of social interaction; perhaps the point may first be discussed briefly in relation to the problem of culture. In anthropological theory there is not what could be called close agreement on the definition of the concept of culture. But for present purposes three prominent keynotes of the discussion may be picked out: first, that culture is transmitted, it constitutes a heritage or a social tradition; secondly, that it is learned, it is not a manifestation, in particular content, of man’s genetic constitution; and third, that it is shared. Culture, that is, is on the one hand the product of, on the other hand a determinant of, systems of human social interaction.

This is our human social interaction with online shopping. Our behaviours affected by online users quickly. Parsons’ s concerns like with the philosophy of internet. Internet is a transmission protocol and must learned and of course its platform for sharing. It’s the simple way to connect Parsons to internet. Even though this transmitted, learned, shared online culture can connect us to a virtual human social interaction platform, Jared Diamond explained in Guns, Germs and Steel like; the striking differences between the long-term histories of peoples of the different continents have been due not to innate differences in the peoples themselves but to differences in their environments.

As mentioned above this research aim is putting the different countries online users behavioural differences for consideration. This site will research other online behavioural issues later.
